Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced technical consulting sale in the field of microscopy imaging technology. In this position, you will be responsible for further developing our electron microscopy contract research services, such as identifying and cultivating opportunities with new and old customers through outbound and inbound consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and cultivate potential customers and build relationships with client project teams which result in client satisfaction.

  • Conduct technical communication and exchange with customers promptly, answer and provide feedback to customers' technical questions.

  • Collaborate effectively with relevant departments within the company, and solve the problems that arise in projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in biology, physics, materials, or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge in the field of electron microscopy, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and fluent in English;

  • Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities;

  • The ability to work under stress.
